Athletic Therapy includes a variety of techniques such as massage, joint mobilizations, movement strategies, and advanced stretches to achieve the desired outcome.  
Each treatment session begins with a quick assessment to ensure appropriate focused treatment.   Each treatment is then tailored to the specific presentation of dysfunction and will use a variety of appropriate techniques.  As your injury progresses, so to will the treatment, so no two sessions will be the same.

Athletic Therapy New Assessment

Rehabilitation Massage is a massage therapy treatment session that utilizes a wider variety of techniques which may include Swedish and non-Swedish Massage Techniques,  joint mobilizations, modalities, and movement strategies to achieve pain reduction, muscle relaxation, and injury rehabilitation. 
During a New Assessment session, the appointment will start with a thorough assessment to determine the current state of injury and ensure an appropriate treatment plan is established.

Massage Therapy New Assessment

Rehabilitation Massage is a massage therapy treatment session that utilizes a wider variety of techniques which may include Swedish and non-Swedish Massage Techniques,  joint mobilizations, modalities, and movement strategies to achieve pain reduction, muscle relaxation, and injury rehabilitation. 
Acupuncture is an additional modality that can be added to your massage treatment to enhance the beneficial effects of the treatment. If this is of interest, please let Josh know. 
Each treatment is then tailored to the specific presentation of dysfunction and will use a variety of appropriate techniques.
