Athletic Therapy includes a variety of techniques such as massage, joint mobilizations, movement strategies, and advanced stretches to achieve the desired outcome.  
Each treatment session begins with a quick assessment to ensure appropriate focused treatment.   Each treatment is then tailored to the specific presentation of dysfunction and will use a variety of appropriate techniques.  As your injury progresses, so to will the treatment, so no two sessions will be the same.
